1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PredatorAlgo ("PredatorAlgo", "we", "us") governing your use of our website, account, and subscription products. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms.
2. The Service
PredatorAlgo is a suite of private indicators and alerts delivered as scripts that we enable on your TradingView account. We offer three subscription tiers — Básico, Pro, and Élite — each granting access to a defined set of features. New users may activate a one-time 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan is billed automatically at the end of the trial.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using PredatorAlgo is lawful where you reside. We may decline service in jurisdictions where the service is restricted by law.
4. Account
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email and your TradingView username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sharing your account or distributing access is prohibited. We may suspend accounts showing signs of credential sharing or unauthorized access.
5. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
5.1 Free trial
The 7-day free trial is available once per customer. The first charge occurs at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
5.2 Recurring billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. We send you a reminder email one (1) day before each recurring charge.
5.3 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, self-serve, from your profile. No support contact is required.
5.4 No partial refunds
If a billing period has already been charged, we do not issue partial refunds. You will retain access until the end of the period you paid for, after which no further charges will be made and access will be revoked automatically.
5.5 Pricing changes
We may update pricing for future periods. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any change to your renewal price; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
5.6 Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, IVA). When required, taxes are added at checkout based on your billing location.
6. Access via TradingView
The product is delivered by enabling our private scripts on your TradingView account. If your subscription becomes inactive (cancellation, failed payment, fraud review), access is revoked automatically. TradingView is a third-party platform operated independently from PredatorAlgo. We are not responsible for TradingView outages, policy changes, or any decision by TradingView that affects your account or our scripts.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our scripts, alerts, or content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the logic of our scripts.
- Share your account or distribute access credentials.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, market manipulation, or to abuse third parties.
- Circumvent paywalls, subscription gating, or technical protection measures.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All indicators, scripts, alerts, documentation, designs, copy, and brand assets are the exclusive property of PredatorAlgo (or its licensors). A subscription grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own trading, for as long as your subscription remains active.
9. Risk Disclaimer (Read This)
PredatorAlgo is not financial advice. Our indicators and alerts describe rules and market states; they do not tell you when to buy or when to sell, and they are not a recommendation to enter or exit any position.
We do not promise profits, win rates, or any specific outcome. Past performance, backtests, and historical signals are not indicative of future results.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your risk management, and the operation of any account you trade.
We do not trade for you. The product provides tools (indicators, alerts, optional alert-based automation in the Élite tier). The Élite automation is configured and supervised by you; you remain responsible for what it executes. PredatorAlgo does not offer copy trading, managed accounts, signal groups with discretionary trade calls, or any service in which we trade on your behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredatorAlgo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PredatorAlgo harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your misuse of the service.
12. Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your access to TradingView scripts is revoked automatically and Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a prominent notice. Your continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of [JURISDICTION TBD], except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
