Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your data.

Last updated:

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PredatorAlgo ("PredatorAlgo", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe to our service, or interact with our support team. PredatorAlgo provides a suite of private indicators and alerts that are activated on your TradingView account through a paid subscription.

By using the service you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Identity & contact

Name and email address, provided when you sign up, request support, or subscribe to communications.

2.2 Account data

Your TradingView username. This is required to enable our private scripts on your TradingView account — without it we cannot deliver the product.

2.3 Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party providers (card networks and crypto/wallet processors). We do not store full card numbers on our infrastructure. We retain billing metadata (subscription tier, billing dates, invoice references) to operate your subscription.

2.4 Product usage

We record how you use our indicators and alerts — how often signals fire, which timeframes you look at, error events, and aggregate behavior. This data drives our product feedback loop and, where you opt in, your personal operational progress report. We do not record your trades, your P&L, or any data inside your broker or exchange account.

2.5 Support data

The content of support tickets and any attachments you send us so we can resolve your request.

2.6 Technical data

IP address, browser type, device type, language, and cookies needed to operate the site and remember basic preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver the service: enable scripts on your TradingView account, run alerts, gate access by subscription tier.
  • Billing: charge subscriptions, send invoices, notify you one (1) day before each recurring charge.
  • Support: answer questions, troubleshoot installation, manage your account.
  • Product improvement: identify recurring failure patterns and refine the indicators and rules.
  • Transactional communications: receipts, security alerts, renewal notices, material changes.
  • Marketing communications (only with your consent): product news and educational material; you can opt out at any time.
  • Legal: comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud and regulatory obligations.

5. Third Parties We Share Data With

We only share data with vendors we need to operate the service. Categories:

  • TradingView — your TradingView username is shared to grant and revoke access to our private scripts. TradingView is operated by a third party and has its own privacy policy.
  • Payment processors (Stripe and crypto/wallet providers) — to charge subscriptions and handle refunds and chargebacks.
  • Email provider — to send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails.
  • Hosting & infrastructure — Vercel (application hosting) and Cloudflare (edge/CDN, DDoS).
  • Database & authentication — Supabase (planned).
  • Support tooling — the ticketing system used to handle your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, we keep account and billing data for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws (typically 5–7 years). Support tickets are retained up to 24 months after closure. You can request deletion of data that is not subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent regimes), you may:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Request a portable copy of the data you provided.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@predatoralgo.com.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate usage. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. A separate Cookie Policy and consent tool will be available shortly.

9. International Data Transfers

We operate in LATAM, the United States, and Europe. When data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

10. Minors

The service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a prominent notice on the service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
